The hotel food was excellent and a good price.

I wish the bar had Scotch or Whiskey

All was well done. I do not understand some of the negative reviews left earlier. The food was good variety and tasty. Everything was very clean. The beach was nice.

Location for a beach holiday was perfect. Lovely little protected bay means you can enjoy the sea even on a windier day. All the staff were very freindly and accommodating. 2 minute walk into the old town for great cafes and bizaar shopping. Plenty of activities on the beach to do and very good prices for banana boats and glass bottom boats etc.

Wifi speeds and availability were pretty poor. Hotel is a bit dated and could do with a spruce up. More evening entertainment needed.

The place is right on the beach located, the people who work there are amazing and really helpful! Especially the man at the reception, he helped a lot with the information. Souk is close to the place, just 5 minutes walking.

The food could be much better. Also bathroom could be refubrished. Internet was terrible, it is impossible to use it, especially if you work forget about it in this hotel as the connection was bad.

I was a bit unsure if keeping the booking to the point that I looked for other options until the end. As every experience is different, I wanted to give it a go as it was one of the most affordable based on quality-price. Excellent customer service. Professional staff, available and polite at all times. I felt respected and listened to. Every time I asked for something they were willing to help and sort. Absolutely happy with my room. Was a bit dusty but since Covid I always take with me strong wet wipes for disinfection so I didn’t make a fuss about it. Balcony view was lovely the a big pool, cleaned at all times even though wasn’t much in use as the property is beachfront. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. There was a small table to have my coffee and two nice comfy chairs, a desk and a mini fridge . Adjacent the reception there’s a small market where you can buy stuff at last minute if you don’t want to walk and they accept cards. Location was excellent, 6 minutes walk to the old market, just outside the hotel you can grab taxi ( please agree price prior entering the vehicle as they are smart or they think they are) . A special thank goes to Ahmed at reception, kind and helpful man who helped with WiFi every time I needed . Waiter Ehiba ( sorry if misspelled), very polite waiter who brought me a nice welcome on my first night : fruit, water, tea and coffee!) A thanks to the domestic guy ( I don’t know his name ), very efficient and the young guy from the beach animation. It was definitely a very good experience and I recommend the place if you looking for affordability .

Rooms and restaurant need a bit of refurbishment . Especially bathroom in the room, flush would only work after 30-40 minutes from previous flush, not sure all rooms are like this but mine was. Meals are mainly vegetable based with little option for meat. WiFi not steady , had to ask multiple times to re connect me, they even sent an engineer. Apparently there’s better reception in the rooms above reception

WiFi wasn’t strong enough

I had a very comfortable stay here, the beach is just opposite the hotel, old town for local restaurants less than 10 minutes walk. The buffet breakfast is perfect to set you up for the day and the mini mart attached to the hotel saved me when I needed an adapter for my room.

The Wi-Fi is not the greatest but it didn’t bother me.
